Enjoy yoga, meditation, followed by a guided farm tour for a nourishing day in nature!We begin with an all levels yoga flow led by Shawna Marie, followed by a long savasana and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.After a short break, bring a bag lunch or snacks to enjoy, then the Flip Flop Farms team will guide us through the fields on a farm tour, sharing how they grow nutrient dense produce using organic, regenerative agriculture including compost, cover cropping, crop rotation, and beneficial insect hedgerows. Once the guided tour ends, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the farm for about another hour, relax, connect, and take in the coastal setting.Healing starts by understanding ourselves, our energy, and where our food comes from. Flip Flop Farms staff will guide you once you arrive.Driving North from Santa Cruz:Take Highway 1 north. After passing the Big Coastways Ranch archway on the right, slow down. Look to the left (ocean side) for a wooden gate with dirt piles nearby.Turn left into the farm entrance before the highway bends right and before the large dirt pull-off lot on Highway 1. If you pass a big dirt parking lot, you’ve gone slightly too far north. Turn around safely.If you are coming from San Francisco, you will turn RIGHT. The farm is on the coast side, not the mountain side.Flip Flop Farms staff will be at the gate to greet you and guide you into parking.
